Returns

We want you to be 100% completely satisfied with your Clarity Crystal Bar purchase.

If for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund the item within 30 days of the purchase date.

Simply bring your merchandise back in its unaltered, original condition with the original receipt and packaging.

To return an online purchase, please email [email protected] to request a return authentication number which will allow you to ship back or return in-store. Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
